Reporting a problem?

These details help us figure out what's going on faster:

  • Your device: iPhone 14, iPad Pro, etc.
  • iOS version: You can find this in Settings → General → About
  • What happened: What were you doing when the problem occurred?
  • What you expected: What should have happened instead?
  • Screenshots: If you can capture the problem, it really helps

Common questions

How do I reset my progress?

Go to the Settings tab in the app and look for the reset option. This erases your practice history and starts you fresh. If you have iCloud sync turned on, you'll want to manage that data separately in your iCloud settings.

Why did my streak reset?

Streaks count days in a row where you answered at least one question. If a whole day goes by without any practice, the streak goes back to zero. Your phone's time zone determines when each day starts and ends.

How does the daily set work?

Each day, Tutor picks 10 questions based on what you need to practice. It mixes in topics you're still learning with questions you've missed before, so you're always working on the right stuff.

Can I do more than the daily set?

Yes! The Review tab lets you practice more — you can retry questions you missed, review topics that are due, or do extra practice on specific skills. The daily set is the minimum, not the limit.

Does Tutor work without internet?

Yes. All the questions work offline. You only need internet if you want to sync your progress to iCloud.

How do I get my progress on another device?

Turn on iCloud sync in the app's Settings. Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID. Your progress will sync automatically.
