Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2, 2026
These terms apply when you use Tutor, an SAT Math practice app made by Cervoo Inc. By using Tutor, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What you can do
Tutor is for personal study. You can use it to practice SAT Math, track your progress, and prepare for your test. That's what it's made for.
What you can't do
- Take apart or try to copy how the app works
- Copy, share, or sell the app or its questions
- Use the app for business purposes without our permission
- Try to get around any security features
- Use software to automatically copy content from the app
About our content
We work hard to make sure our SAT Math questions and explanations are correct and helpful. That said, we're human — occasional mistakes happen. Tutor is meant to help with your test prep, not replace it entirely. We can't guarantee any specific score improvement.
Your data
Your practice history and progress stay on your phone by default. If you turn on iCloud sync, your data goes to your personal Apple iCloud account so you can use it on other devices. We don't have access to that data. For more details, read our Privacy Policy.
Apple services
If you use iCloud sync, Apple's terms and privacy rules apply to that feature. We're not responsible for how Apple handles your iCloud data — but we chose iCloud because it keeps your data private and under your control.
Our stuff
Tutor, including our questions, design, and brand assets, belongs to Cervoo Inc. You can use the app, but you don't own any of what we've created. SAT is a trademark of the College Board, which isn't connected to Tutor.
Updates and changes
We update Tutor regularly — adding features, fixing problems, or improving content. We might also need to pause or stop the app someday, though we'd try to let you know first. We can update these terms too; if we do, we'll change the date at the top.
No guarantees
Tutor is provided “as is.” We can't promise the app will always work perfectly or be exactly what you need. We do our best, but things can go wrong sometimes.
Limits on what we're responsible for
If something goes wrong while using Tutor, we're not responsible for indirect problems or damages. The most we'd owe you is what you paid for the app, if anything.
Legal details
These terms follow California law. If there's ever a legal dispute, it would be handled in San Francisco, California.
